Description
Boi (red) localizes predominantly to apical cells in Drosophila wild-type germaria (CIL# 13741) but not in germaria with UAS-boi[RNAi] expression in apical cells (cells expressing UAS-boi[RNAi] also express GFP) (UAS-boi[RNAi#4]/UAS-GFP; babGal4/+).
