Description
Small cloth-backed notebook containing 21 Mexican recipes apparently gathered by a single compiler named Rosa Maria. Sample recipes: Lengua fria, pierna de puerco ajamonada, aguacates rellenos, pambazos compuestos, cubiletes envinados, copitas de crema, rompope, jalea de tejocote, and others. Notebook begins with "Teoria de la alimentacion," a 7-page essay on healthy eating
