Description
When Bill Rodman took his first rank in the 'na hungwe' in 1979, he gained the right to wear a sprig of dracaena in his pants on other occasions of rank-taking. Chief Mathias planted the dracaena in front of his house and by 1982 it had grown in size to be parallel with the front window. By 1985, it was even larger.
