Description
Area T, excavated in the 2006 season, focused on a building located on the eastern edge of the site. This structure, 11 meters by 12 meters, included four rooms surrounding a courtyard and a stairwell to a second floor or tower. While there were some indications for metallurgy, this structure is assumed to be an elite residence (similar to Area R) based on its robust construction. The Area T building is also dated to the 10th century BCE. Research Data Curation Program, UC San Diego, La Jolla, 92093-0175 (https://lib.ucsd.edu/rdcp)
