Description
Humanities and Social Sciences Film, Audio, Video and Digital Art Abe Seabolt is at Niland Chamber of Commerce meeting and describes possibility of converting Slab City to a primitive park. He states the economic benefits derived from snowbirds, proposed fees with consequent improvement in services and various legal angles which affect the Slabs. Video isn’t always sharply focused and audio is weak at times because of room acoustics at this meeting hall.
