Description
Film, Audio, Video and Digital Art Humanities and Social Sciences Interview with Darrel, Chuck and Range Runner. They talk about changes at the Slabs, including evictions and threat of closure by authorities. Chuck has a theory of why the authorities want to close down the slabs. He's been coming to the desert since 1934. Too much trash and lack of responsibility. Range Runner talks about salvaging metal from the bombing range. Also describes shooting a man in an incident that sent him to jail. UC San Diego Library, UC San Diego, La Jolla, CA 92093-0175 (https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/contact)
