A todos los empleados de la federacion que hayan sido depuestos de sus destinos, ó se les haya obligado á emigrar por haber resistídose á adoptar el plan de centralismo proclamado por la guarnicion de Yucatán en 5 de noviembre de 1829, se les abonará íntegramente el sueldo de la dotacion de sus respectivos empleos
