He has of late had this removed by the patrol officer due to his misconduct of a trail, not really a misconduct, but rather, he heard a case which he is not authorized by the administration to hear, of course, HE didn't know that but that's the way things work around here. One of the striking facts about these people is their lack of Negroid features, they physically resemble what you might imagine as a Nilotic-Ethiopiean. Skin colour is like suntanned Mexican."
