Description
Su Tong is one of China’s most acclaimed novelists. He is known for his complex experimental style. Some of his novels have been made into films. This poor quality photograph was taken at a writer’s conference at the Asia Society in NYC. I have included it in my UCSD photography because Su Tong is such an important writer and it documents an important experience at a Chinese cultural event.
