Description
This handbill announces a great meeting organized by the communist party to take place on July 18th in "various locales" of Madrid. As in many other events organized by the party, a key theme at this meeting was to be increasing unity among those groups fighting agains the fascists. The keynote speaker at this meeting was to be Dolores Ibarruri (la Pasionaria), one of the most important orators of the Spanish Communist Party during the civil war.
