Signed and dated in print: "Mexicali, B. Cfa., a 3 de junio de 1928. El Presidente del Concejo Municipal. Dr. Carlos Dávila."
"Que con esta fecha queda abierto en la secretaria de este concejo municipal el registro de candidatos para presidente de la república, y diputados propietario y suplente por el Distrito Norte de la Baja California, por quince dias consecutivos, los que terminarán el 18 del presente junio."
