Caption on back: 426. Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. Located on the Big Bend of the Columbia, 90 miles west of Spokane, Grand Coulee Dam is the larges concrete dam in the world. Back of the dam is a reservoir more than 150 miles long. The dam is a key structure of the Columbia Basin Irrigation Project.
Souvenir postcard was originally laid in an album documenting a 1953 trip to Washington, Oregon and Alaska.
