Description
Communication from the Viceroy of a royal order in which the king communicates his displeasure that a previous communication prohibiting commerce between Spanish possessions on the one hand and British and U.S. territories and neutral ports on the other, has not been followed. Consequently the king has authorized the Viceroy to punish, as appropriate, any who disobey such orders
