Film, Audio, Video and Digital Art
Begins with a parody of Alcoholics Anonymous meeting with jokes about Latino identity politics (Latins Anonymous). Next a parody of an awards/variety show, La La La Awards (Latins Anonymous Lifetime Achievement Awards) with a Cheech Marin impersonator as host. Talk show host interrogates family involved in the L.A. riots. Charo performs and speaks about bilingualism. Weather report parody jokes about Latin American cultural stereotypes.
