Description
The data in this database were collected by the Gulf of California Marine Program from one of the most important buyers in the community of Puerto Adolfo López Mateos, B.C.S., from the most important commercial fisheries in the region [Shrimp (Litopenaeus stylirostris, Farfantepenaeus californiensis), Blue crab (Callinectes sp.), sierra] from 2006 to 2015. The data is collected monthly from the community. This data can be used to estimate average catch and income per trip more accurately than with the data obtained from catch notifications from CONAPESCA (National Fisheries Commission).
