Description
Humanities and Social Sciences Film, Audio, Video and Digital Art Another burned out bus story (see tapes 53 & 54), this time with Sherry and Dry Glutch. “The refrigerator blew up, it caught on fire, somehow…a terrible situation. We thought it was the bombs going off.” “We’ve been through disasters before. This is the first disaster I’ve had where people have come out of the woodwork to offer to help.” Though audio is good here, video is marginal due to contrast problems. Along with aforementioned interview with Sherry and Dry Glutch, this tape has cutaways and B-roll of the burned out bus. Cutaways of Leonard’s mountain towards tail of tape are good, but since this tape was shot on a rainy and cloudy day at the slabs, matching this tape with other shoots would be a problem during editing.
