This Bash script iterates over directories containing the light cone data sets, and calls the plotarray script with specific data ranges and color maps for each physical field.
This is a Python module, which contains functions to read in 2D arrays from HDF5 files, and plot them using Matplotlib, given a color map and data range.
This Python script interprets command line arguments, and calls the functions in field_plot.py.

There are three example scripts which are used together for generating images from the datasets and projected fields. The scripts will produce the image files found in the Projections derived data sub-component for each "Data at Redshift" component.
