Broadside issued by the Archbishop of Mexico communicating rules for fasting during Lent and Holy Week for the Mexican military, clarifiying the dispensations extended under certain circumstances. Specifically, the text states that members of the military are allowed to eat meat and dairy on all fasting days, except for Fridays and Saturdays of Lent and during Holy Week.
