Description
Broadside communication issued by Francisco Madero soon after Porfirio Diaz had resigned the presidency. Madero declares his candidacy for president in the upcoming fall 1911 elections and expresses his support of the appointment of General Clemente Villaseñor as Inspector General of the Rurales, with whose forces are to be incorporated those of the Ejército Libertador.

Text begins: Una vez terminada la guerra, después de coronados nuestros esfuerzos con el éxito más lisionjero ...
"Habiendo aceptado ser el candidato para la Presidencia y Jefe activo de dicho Ejército ... Es indispensable que me substituya en la Jefatura efectiva del Ejército un compatriota nuestro ... Esta persona ha sido encontrada en el Sr. General Clemente Villaseñor, que el Supremo Gobierno ha nombrado Inspector General de las Fuerzas de Rurales en la República, á cuyas fuerzas se van á incorporar las del Ejército Libertador."
