Description
All subject data from the Human Connectome Project- Young Adult (HCP-YA) dataset were processed. This release contains timeseries parcellated using the Schaefer parcellation at resolutions ranging from 100 to 900 parcels. The fMRI data contain resting state and task data for both LR and RL polarity. For the resting state data, we use a bandpass filter of .009 Hz - 0.08 Hz and 0.009 Hz - 0.25 Hz for task data. This release contains outputs with and without Global Signal Regression (GSR). In addition to the timeseries data, we also include correlation connectome matrices for both GSR and non-GSR. This work was performed under the auspices of the U.S. Department of Energy by Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory under Contract DE-AC52-07NA27344 Research Data Curation Program, UC San Diego, La Jolla, 92093-0175 (https://lib.ucsd.edu/rdcp) Data were provided [in part] by the Human Connectome Project, WU-Minn Consortium (Principal Investigators: David Van Essen and Kamil Ugurbil; 1U54MH091657) funded by the 16 NIH Institutes and Centers that support the NIH Blueprint for Neuroscience Research; and by the McDonnell Center for Systems Neuroscience at Washington University.
