Description
Humanities and Social Sciences Film, Audio, Video and Digital Art Ned Bedour, George & Diane Harbin talk during dusk on how there are fewer people at the slabs this year; that slabbers are like gypsies: “A different kind of people who have more or less banded together"; the need for “The community to band together.” Due to the evening hour, lighting isn’t the greatest on tape. Jim and Sheila Cox are seen in the audio booth while she tapes her radio program. This is a behind-the-scene look as her show goes on air. The chief engineer is also depicted as he loads up a master tape, adjusts dials, etc. UC San Diego Library, UC San Diego, La Jolla, CA 92093-0175 (https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/contact)
