Description
Humanities and Social Sciences Film, Audio, Video and Digital Art Talk with Carol Walton in the kitchen of her restaurant, she talks to Sherman while cooking away; interesting interview as she remains busy while talking and still gets the kitchen work done. Carol comments on the relationship between slabbers and locals is more optimistic than the opinions expressed by others. Audio and video are clean and crisp during her talk. Good middle shot of train passing along tracks and signal clanging at railroad crossing; good perspective shots as receding tracks are seen in distance.
