Description
"Because of the painful circumstances which we are passing through, we are not able to celebrate our glorious and powerful 1st of May, the painful date of the massacre of our brothers in Chicago, which are the same causes [as] that which carries us to a rapid, firm and potent union, with which we will reach the total and definitive overwhelming of the criminal fascism and its henchmen. We must fight and we must work today, in the hope of a splendid tomorrow, and we must liberate our brothers and children from the daily and barbarous bombers with a rapid and compulsory evacuation. Forming, at the same time, Reserve Brigades, disciplined and schooled militarily, which must support our heroic and self-sacrificing Army. Attack on all fronts, then from this form we can help Euzkadi! Long live the union of all workers!"
