Description: Stitched sheets containing 28 Mexican recipes in a neat anonymous hand. Sample recipes: biscochos de chocolate, mostachones, dulce de garbanzo, guayabate moreliano, monjas y frailes, chongos tapatios, manzanitas de leche, and others. The last named recipe with pre-1897 measurements, e.g. "un real de leche."
