"Oyster Jack," beds, Tomales Bay Oyster Co., California, 1950's. An "Oyster Jack." He knew Jack London, a former oyster pirate in San Francisco Bay. This Oyster Jack tended beds for the Tomales Bay Oyster Co. on the north side of the bay. Stakes fenced the beds to keep out rays. Inverness ridge in background.
