Manuscript consisting of 392 Mexican recipes, apparently begun by a young woman from Puebla while attending the Colegio Teresiano located in Mixcoac, Mexico City. Many of the pages contain handwriting similar to that in a another recipe notebook kept by Angelina Llobet, also held by UCSD. This recipe book was compiled over many years, probably by several people. Favorite recipes are noted as "muy rico" or "muy bueno". Collection of loose paper items including manuscript recipes, postcards, food-related advertising ephemera and recipes from newspapers housed in separate envelope for safekeeping.
