Continued talks with Dry Gulch: “Too many things in society do not compute,” on fixing and selling old cars, the presence of disabled people at Slabs, how scrappers on range “mess with live shells,” that marijuana helps him relax. LS of Dry Gulch’s white bus with broken window, “Home Sweet Home” sign and cutaways in the vicinity of his living area. On #178 Dry Gulch continues to tell interesting stories, but is now walking around by his bus and camp area. Until now he was always sitting down in a chair. Numerous cutaways on second half of #178 include broken toilet seat, plants in buckets, two men fishing at canal, “No Trespassing” signs at side of canal, barbed wire fence. Like Gold Man, Sheila and Jim Cox, Dry Gulch is also involved with local C.B. activity and radio communications.
