Description: Bound volume of manuscript recipes for Mexican dishes, in various hands. Includes recipes for tamales, albóndigas, rabbit, fritters, various guisados and sauces. Examples of particular dishes include "gallinas gachupinas," and "mustachones de Puebla." Also flan, almond cake, chocolate milk, buñuelos, and other sweets. With a later, apparently unrelated manuscript letter laid in concerning the ownership of a Guanajuato mine
