"In observing the 20th anniversary of the glorious Russian Revolution, we consider [it] necessary as the greatest homage that we are able to offer to the Country of the Proletariat the unification of ourselves with all antifascist sectors. In order to crush fascism, we commit ourselves to working with rest in order to achieve unity."
