Description
Scientists posing with storm petrels before releasing them. It is common for birds, especially storm petrels to be drawn to the ship's lights at night, and we keep them aboard until it is safe to release them during daylight. *Face masks were worn during this cruise, and many other safety measures were in place, to ensure everyone's safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
