Hemos dado cuenta á la Soberana Junta provisional gubernativa ... para mejorar el sistema de Hacienda, y entre otras se ha servido S.M. mandar. Lo primero. Que las medidas gubernativas dirigidas al arreglo del sistema, se pasen de toda preferencia á la Comisión extraordinaria de Hacienda para que las tengas presentes en el sistema general del ramo
