Description
Datasets from High Energy Wide Area Blunt Impact (HEWABI) specimens testing performed at UCSD between November and December 2019 pertaining to Loc3. Files herein include photos, videos, and test data collected (strain gauge, displacement and force) of test location Loc3 (bay below passenger floor beam). This location is composed of two specimens, impacted with four different load levels to generate increasing damage states. This project was funded by the Federal Aviation Administration as part of the Joint Advanced Materials and Structures (JAMS) Center of Excellence under Cooperative Agreement Number 12-C-AM-UCSD.
