Description
Mr. Payne received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from UC, San Diego and then immediately went on to work more than 25 years with Hybritech, Inc. in various departments, including research and development, and regulatory affairs. He concurrently served at BCI and Beckman Coulter in management positions. Subsequently, Mr. Payne served in a management position with Gen Probe and then as Director of Regulatory Affairs at Becton Dickinson.
