Description
Scope/Content: Manuscript.
Scope/Content: Manuscript volume containing twenty-nine lectures on divinity, beginning June 26, 1710. This is clearly a fine copy, as there are virtually no corrections or emendations in the text and it is written throughout in a clean, neat hand. It is unclear where these lectures were given and if Nicholas Pearson delivered them or listened to them. Citations and references to other writers and works are given in the margins of the volume. A later owner has made some other notes, partially in shorthand.
Condition: Bound in brown morocco; front cover missing and back cover detached; first pages loose; housed in modern cloth case.
