Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations in printed book.
Scope/Content: Annotations by an unknown contemporary reader in a copy of The London belles. Annotations consist of pencil and pen notes in the same hand on the title page, giving satirical descriptions of several of the ladies listed. These additions make these entries on the list into a comic poem.
Condition: Bound in modern half calf with marbled boards.
