Scope/Content: Manuscript notebook kept by Thomas Martin of Chichester while a student at New College, Oxford. The notebook contains copies of letters written to and from Thomas to his sister, F.S., his cousin, A.P. and his friend, John Sowter (J.S.) as well as original poems and poems by popular authors such as Abraham Cowley, John Dryden, and the Earl of Rochester.
