Description
Scope/Content: Manuscript. Inscribed "A Fescue for Young Learners" on first page.
Scope/Content: Early to mid-17th century play manuscript, apparently unpublished. Written in a neat transitional hand, the text contains some corrections and insertions but otherwise appears to be a fair copy. The Clark Library also owns a 1931 transcription of the play by Noel Broadbent (f MS.1952.011), which attributes the work to Ben Jonson, which seems unlikely.
