Scope/Content: Manuscript. First pages appear to be missing. On last page of text: "Ended writing this book upon ye 5 July 1698."
Scope/Content: Manuscript volume of sermons delivered by William Kiniston (or Kinniston) in Whitby during or around 1698. These sermons appear to have been recorded by Samuel Richardson, whose name is inscribed on the front paste-down endpaper.
Condition: Bound in full brown calf, very worn and cracked. Covers completely detached from textblock with many loose pages. Housed in modern cloth case.
