Scope/Content: Manuscript. Title from spine.
Scope/Content: Late 18th century family history and memoir by Independent minister John Conder, later completed by his son, James Conder. The majority of the volume recounts the history of the previous several generations of Conders and the life history of John Conder, which he left incomplete. James (or someone copying from another account written by James) completed the story of his father's life, complete with excerpts from his manuscript datebook. The volume also contains some notes on various readings in history, which are written mostly in shorthand.
Condition: Bound in full brown calf with gold tooling on covers; rebacked in 1978.
