Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations in printed book.
Scope/Content: Manuscript annotations by Julia Aglionby or perhaps an earlier member of the Aglionby family in a 1660 copy of Robert Sharrock's History of the propagation and improvement of vegetables. Annotations are found in the margins throughout the book, most of them acting as indexical notes on the contents of the volume. These notes are written in a neat but small 17th or 18th century hand.
Condition: Bound in 19th or 20th century half red morocco with marbled boards.
