Description
Harry Dunlap (right) known as the "badge bandit," was convicted in 1924 of a series of holdups and assaults that took place over a two year period and ultimately sentenced to 60 years in prison. Dunlap was known as the "badge bandit" because he would dress as a police officer and hold up and assault people parked in their cars.
