William A. Easter was an African American educator, businessman and member of the Willowbrook Board of Education. He came to Los Angeles in 1929 after teaching at Wilberforce University. In Los Angeles, he was the first Negro supervisor for the state department's Federal Education program. Studio portrait of W. A. Easter.
