Description: Reported in "Art Works Given Museum: Old Masters Presented County by Generous Donors to Preserve Growth of Culture in Southland," Los Angeles Times, 13 May 1931: A7. Axel and Jacob Beskow, a father and son art dealer team, donated the Turini piece to the Los Angeles Museum. The Los Angeles Museum later changed its name to the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County.
