Description
Herbert Julian standing in front of a Bellanca airplane with the number visible "9" behind the cockpit.
Herbert Julian, known as the "Black Eagle," was a pilot, stunt flyer and parachutist during 1920s. He helped to train Ethiopia’s army during war with Italy in 1930s and became an arms dealer in 1950s.
