Description
California Governor Friend W. Richardson posing with two unknown men during the National Editors Association's annual meeting in Orange County. The two men on either side sear ribbons stating “Welcome / N.E.A. / Reception / Orange County." Governor Richardson, who was also the president of the California Press Association at the time, appeared to be honored with a medal on his left lapel.
