Cliff Argue in an athletic pose at the Coliseum, most likely during the 1924 Olympic trials. He competed in the pentathlon in the 1924 Paris Olympics. His performance in the trials was reported in "Kaer and Argue in Tie for Second Honors in Pentathlon Trials," Los Angeles Times, 11 Jun. 1924: B1.
