Description
A group portrait of eighteen men stands on the steps of City Hall. In the front row, the identifiable men are: second to left, Sir George Armstrong; third to left, R. D. Blumenfeld; second to right, a laughing Mayor George E. Cryer, and right, Sir. Charles Igglesden.
