From the left, Jack Rosenberg, talking on a telephone, Dave Getzoff and Charles Reimer. This was when they were indicted on the charge of conspiracy to give bribes in connection with attempts to dismiss charges against defendents in the Julian Petroleum Corporation stock overissue cases. Charges against all three were ulitmately dropped. Reported in "KEYES CASE HARD FOUGHT: Every Angla of Bribery Plot Trial in Which Three Were Convicted Bitterly Contested," Los Angeles Times, 28 Feb. 1930: 2.
