Text of the plaque: This plaque marks the location of the original southeast corner of El Pueblo Nuestra Señora La Reina De Los Angeles De Porciuncula as established in 1781. The greater Boyle Heights Bicentennial Committee, The Los Angeles Historical Society, June 28, 1980. Tom Bradley -- Mayor, Arthur K. Snyder -- Councilman 14th District.
