British journalist Sir Charles Igglesden shakes the hand of physicist Dr. Robert A. Millikan at California Institute of Technology. Dr. Millikan provided a tour of the laboratories at the institute to Sir Charles Igglesden and thirteen other British journalists who traveled through the United States on a trip sponsored by the Carnegie Foundation for International Peace.
